This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of April 21, 2020, between iBio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Thomas F. Isett, an individual resident of the State of Maryland (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety that certain Executive Employment Agreement, dated March 10, 2020, between the Company and the Executive (the “Original Agreement”).
