EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This updated contract made as of the 24th day of June 2019, between PopCom a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ohio and having its principal place of business at PopCom (the "Employer"); and Dawn Dickson, ("Employee"). WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the employee, and the employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.
