This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between GTT Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Ernie Ortega (the “Executive”). It is entered into as of June 9, 2019 (“Effective Date”) and shall become effective immediately upon signature and has already been approved by the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
