THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”), and Steven M. Lessack (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement amends, restates and supersedes any prior written employment agreement between the Parties and any other written or unwritten agreement or understanding between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
