TRI Pointe Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), proposes to issue and sell to the several parties named in Schedule I hereto (the “Underwriters”), for whom you (the “Representative”) are acting as representative, $350,000,000 principal amount of its 5.700% Senior Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”).
