THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO ROYALTY INTEREST PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of this 10th day of July, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Jaguar Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and Iliad Research and Trading, L.P., a Utah limited partnership (“Investor”).
