THIS REAL ESTATE SERVICES AGREEMENT, dated as of June 22, 2020 (“Agreement”), is between and among ESCALATE WEALTH REIT I, INC., a real estate investment trust organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Company”); ESCALTATE WEALTH, LLC, the advisor to the Company (the “Advisor”); and LALUTOSH REAL ESTATE, LLC, an Affiliate of the Advisor (the “Services Provider”) .
