THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of July 28, 2020 and made effective as of August 15, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp., a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”), James E. Hendricks, Jr. (the “Executive”), and, solely for purposes of Section 13 hereof, Village Bank, a Virginia banking corporation.
