This Note Purchase Agreement (together with all exhibits hereto, this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July [__], 2020 (the “Closing Date”), by and among Electromedical Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and JR-HD Enterprises III, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
