This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of [●], 2020 (as it may be amended supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), is made among CureVac N.V., a Dutch public limited liability company (naamloze vennootschap) incorporated under the law of the Netherlands (the “Company”) and the persons listed on Schedule A hereto (each such Person, a “Holder”).
