This Employment Agreement (“Employment Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered effective as of the 1st day of August 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ideanomics, Inc. (Nasdaq:IDEX) (the “Company”) and you as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer (“CFO” or “Executive”).
