THIS AGREEMENT is between Awardee and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (“CEPI”) and is effective as of the date of the last signature, below (the “Effective Date”). Each party to this Agreement may be referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.” This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the performance of the Project, funding of the Project and how the results of the Project shall be used to further CEPI’s mission.
