THIS AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”) is entered into by and between Skillz Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1061 Market St. 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 (“Skillz”'), and Tether Studios Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 3086 Stonegate Dr, Alamo, CA, 94507 (“Company”'), and is effective as of the date of last signature below (“Amendment Effective Date”').
