This amended agreement (together with exhibits and schedules, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between GolfSuites 1, Inc. (“Client”) a Delaware Corporation, and Dalmore Group, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company (“Dalmore”). This Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) is made as of the 13th day of September, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), between Onefire Holding Company, LLC (“Landlord”), an independent business enterprise of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation (the “Nation”), for and as agent on behalf of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and GolfSuites Tulsa, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, (the “Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant are collectively the “Parties” to this Lease.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed as of Aug. 29, 2018 (the “Execution Date”) by 4ORE GOLF, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Golf”) and HUB CITY MAIN STREET INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Owner”"). Golf and Owner are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties" and individually referred to herein as a “Party”.
