THIS FIFTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Fifth Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of January 14, 2021, is between Main Street Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the “Trustee”). All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Base Indenture (as defined below).
