THIS EQUITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of March 1, 2021, by and among Avtex Solutions Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), NEPAS Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Seller”), and TTEC Digital, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
