This TERM LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of February 27, 2017 (this “Agreement”), by and among Daseke, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), Daseke Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Target”), the Lenders (as defined below) from time to time party hereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“JPMCB”), as administrative agent and collateral agent for the Lenders (in its capacity as administrative and collateral agent, the “Administrative Agent”).
