This Amendment to the Sub-Administration Agreement is made as of June 27, 2018 (the “Amendment”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Sub-Administrator”), Aberdeen Asset Management Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Administrator”), and, solely with respect to Section 7 of the Agreement and Sections 1 and 6 of the Amendment, each U.S. Fund (as defined in the Agreement), and shall be effective as set forth in Section 2 below. Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement (as defined below).
