This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 27, 2011, among CITI TRENDS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors parties hereto, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Lender (the “Lender”) (as amended by that certain (a) First Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of August 18, 2015[ and that certain], (ii) Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of May 12, 2020, (iii) Third Amendment to Credit Agreement and First Amendment to Security Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2021, and (iv) as may be further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time);
