This Second Amended & Restated Executive Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of June 22, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Thomas McCourt (the “Executive”).
