As we discussed today, we have mutually agreed that my employment as the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Coronado Global Resources Inc. and all subsidiaries (collectively the “Company”) should transition to an end, and that my separation from employment with the Company is without ‘Good Reason’, as that term is defined in the Employment Agreement by and between the Company and me dated December 20, 2018 (the “Employment Agreement”).
