INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of the 24th day of September, 2020, between Brinker Capital Investments, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska (the “Adviser”), and Nuveen Asset Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware.

THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement) is made as of the 24th day of September, 2020, by and between Brinker Capital Destinations Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), which may be amended from time to time by written instrument executed by the parties to add additional Funds and Brinker Capital Investments, LLC., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska (the “Adviser”).
