AMENDMENT NO. 1, dated as of the 30th day of June, 2021 (this “Amendment No. 1”), by and among JBG SMITH Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), JBG SMITH Properties, LP, a Maryland limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, Capital One Securities, Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co.
