This AMENDMENT NO. 2, dated as of June 25, 2021 (this “Amendment”) to the Credit Agreement referred to below, is entered into by and among CBOE GLOBAL MARKETS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Initial Lender, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Amendment have the same meanings as specified in the Amended Credit Agreement referred to below.
