This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), entered into as of July 20, 2021, by and between Takung Art Co., Ltd, a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and Kwok Leung Paul Li (the "Executive"). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties." This Agreement automatically shall supersede any agreement between the Company and Executive concerning Executive's employment by the Company.
