This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 11th day of August, 2021 by and between ImmunoGen, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Company”), and the Person named on the signature page hereto under the heading “Investor” (the “Investor”).
