Each of INDUS Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and INDUS RT, LP, a Maryland limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated (“Baird”), BMO Capital Markets Corp. (“BMO”), BTIG LLC (“BTIG”), Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (“Citigroup”), KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. (“KeyBanc”), JMP Securities LLC (“JMP Securities”), and Morgan Stanley & Co.
