THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of September 8, 2021(the “Effective Date”), by and between Georgette C. Nicholas (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”), and Midwest Holding Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MHI” or the “Employer”). Executive and MHI are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
