FIRST AMENDMENT TO TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 21, 2021 (this “Amendment”), among Rent-A-Center, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties party hereto, the Lenders party hereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”) which shall amend that certain Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of February 17, 2021, among the Borrower, the several lenders from time to time party thereto (the “Lenders”), and the Administrative Agent (as amended, supplemented or modified prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”; and the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
