This Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 16, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Atlas Crest Investment Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and the parties listed on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Holder” and collectively, the “Holders”).
