This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between THE ONE GROUP HOSPITALITY, INC. a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and EMANUEL HILARIO (the “Executive”), and effective as of September 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Employment Agreement dated September 3, 2019.
