This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), entered into as of September 30, 2021, by and between Takung Art Co., Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and Wing Yan Leung (the "Executive"). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties." This Agreement automatically shall supersede any agreement between the Company and Executive concerning Executive's employment by the Company.
