THIS SECOND LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 30th day of September, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between DAWSON GEOPHYSICAL COMPANY, a Texas corporation (“Borrower”), and DOMINION BANK, a Texas state bank (“Lender”).
