This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of October 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tellurian Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Octavio Simoes (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties,” and each a “Party”).
