This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between TTEC Services Corporation (the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TTEC Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TTEC Parent”), and Dustin J. Semach ("Executive" or “Semach”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.” This Agreement is executed to be effective as of November 9, 2021 (“Effective Date”).
