This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), entered into as of December 3, 2021, by and between Takung Art Co., Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and Ms. Zhirong Li (the "Executive"). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties." This Agreement automatically shall supersede any agreement between the Company and Executive concerning Executive's employment by the Company.
