This Warrant (this “Warrant”) is being issued pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of the date hereof among the Holder, the other lenders named therein, the Company and the Guarantors listed on the signature page thereof (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).
