THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT is made as of December 15, 2021 between THE VALENS COMPANY INC., a corporation existing under the federal laws of Canada (the “Borrower”) and 2361380 ONTARIO LIMITED, in its capacity as lender (the “Lender”).
