This AMENDMENT NO. 1 (this “Amendment”), is made as of January 27, 2022, by and between BARCLAYS BANK PLC (“Buyer”) and PEACHTREE MORTGAGE SPV, LLC (“Seller”) to (i) the Annex I.A.
