This SEVENTEENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of December 14, 2021, between CALAMOS FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal office and place of business in Naperville, Illinois (the “Distributor”), and CALAMOS INVESTMENT TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust having its principal office and place of business in Naperville, Illinois (the “Trust”), which offers shares of beneficial interest in different series representing interests in different portfolios of assets (each series being referred to herein as a “Fund”).

This letter confirms that effective December 14, 2021, Calamos Investment Trust (the “Trust”) and Calamos Advisors LLC (“CAL”) have mutually agreed that Schedule A to the Management Agreement between the Trust and CAL dated December 13, 2004, as amended, has been amended and replaced by Schedule A attached hereto.

Pursuant to paragraph 1(b) of the Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Calamos Investment Trust and Calamos Advisors LLC dated December 13, 2004, as amended, we hereby notify you that the board of trustees of Calamos Investment Trust has established an additional sub-trusts, designated Calamos Global Sustainable Equities Fund (“Global Sustainable Equities Fund”, or the “New Fund”) and have appointed you as Manager to act as manager and investment adviser to the New Fund on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, except that the advisory fee applicable to the New Fund shall be calculated as follows:
