INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of February 25, 2022, by and among Perfect Corp., a company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), Jianmei Lyu (吕健美) (the “Director”) and Taobao China Holding Limited (the “Investor”). The Director and the Investor shall be referred to herein individually as the “Indemnitee” and collectively as the “Indemnitees.”
