THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on March 28, 2022, and amends and restates the Employment Agreement (the “Original Agreement”) entered into as of January 7, 2022 by and between Amanda Lombard (the “Executive”), and Veris Residential, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) with offices at Harborside 3, 210 Hudson St., Suite 400, Jersey City, NJ 07311.
