THIS LOAN AND GUARANTY AGREEMENT is dated as of July 1, 2022 and effective as of July 15, 2022 by and between The Industrial Development Authority of Sumter County (the “Issuer”), a public corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama (the “State”), and ENVIVA INC.
