This SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of August 15, 2022 and is entered into by and among CLEARWAY ENERGY OPERATING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), CLEARWAY ENERGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”), each other Guarantor party hereto, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
