THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Merit Medical Systems, Inc., a Utah corporation (“Employer”) and Ron Frost (“Employee”)(Employer and Employee may be referred to individual as “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
