THIS Distribution AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 29th day of August, 2022, by and among FlowStone Opportunity Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), FlowStone Partners, LLC, a limited liability company, solely for purposes of Section 5 hereof (the “Adviser”) and UMB Distribution Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Provider").
