THIS AMENDED AND RESTASTED AGREEMENT is made as of April 1, 2020 between Pear Tree Funds (the “Trust”) on behalf of each of its separate series (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and Pear Tree Advisors, Inc. (the “Manager”) on behalf of Pear Tree Institutional Services (a division of the Manager), (the Trust, the Funds and Manager are collectively referred to as the “Joint Insureds”).
