This Asset Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of 12:01AM Eastern Time on October 6, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between Vibetech International, LLC (“Vibetech” or “Seller”), Norman Serrano (“Serrano”), and KULR Technology Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Buyer").
