THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 6, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between, Warehouse Goods LLC, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Nicholas Kovacevich (the “Employee”).
