This Share Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 30, 2022 by and between Fangdd Network Group Ltd., an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) and Zx International Ltd (the “Subscriber”), a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands and controlled by Mr. Xi Zeng, the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of the Company.
